Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During Quarter 4 (Q4) — which includes Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas/Holiday season — we experience extremely high order volumes.
Because of this, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.

We ship worldwide with reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times:

Note: These are estimated times only and may vary due to customs, holidays, or unexpected delays.
We do not offer refunds or compensation for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or holiday-related congestion.
Why It May Arrive Later
- Record-high order volumes during Q4
- Carrier delays from USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/etc.
- Holiday congestion in sorting facilities
- Weather-related slowdowns
- Global shipping traffic during Christmas season
Rest assured your order is still on the way — it just may arrive a bit later than the estimated delivery window due to conditions outside our control.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected options. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders and often include free gifts or promotional items during active campaigns.
🔒 Suspicious Order Protection & Conditional Shipping Fees
To protect our store from fraudulent activity and automated “test orders,” we apply special shipping rates to certain low-value purchases, such as:

Orders containing only promotional add-ons (e.g., shipping protection)

Items not sold individually but added to cart without a qualifying main product
If a cart does not meet normal purchase criteria, a conditional shipping fee may be automatically applied. These charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment is submitted.
By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept all shipping charges presented at checkout. We do not offer refunds on shipping fees for orders placed with incomplete or manipulated product selections. Any chargeback attempt under these circumstances may be challenged using this policy and associated evidence.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 72 hours to appear in the tracking system. If you haven’t received tracking after 4 days, feel free to reach out.
Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy
Once an order has been shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Ownership of the package transfers to the customer at the time of delivery.
If your package is missing but shows as delivered:
- First, please check with neighbors, household members, or your building’s mailroom/front desk.
- Sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden or safe spots (e.g., side doors, porches, behind bushes).
- If the package still cannot be found, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a claim.
To help prevent this issue, we encourage customers to:
- Use a secure shipping address (such as a workplace or P.O. box if possible).
- Add shipping insurance or request signature confirmation at checkout (if available).
Please Note: We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or provide documentation to support your claim.
